Description: This smaller complex of apartments, composed of main building (apartments type mono) and 2 villas (apartments type trilo), is placed in greenery with pine trees and typical Mediterranean flora, on a quiet place, between beach Naregno and resort Capoliveri (in distance of approx. 1,5 km).
Equipment: Garden, child´s playground, ping-pong, barbecue (on request), parking.
Accommodation: Object disposes of totally 14 apartments.
Mono for 2 persons consists of bedroom with kitchenette and double bed, possibility of 3rd bed.
Mono for 4 persons consists of living room with kitchenette, double bed and 2 single beds.
Trilo for 4 – 5 persons consists of living room with kitchenette, bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds, bedroom with double bed (width approx.1,5 m), possibility of 5th bed with a supplement.
All apartments are simply, but functionally furnished (apartments type trilo were reconstructed) and have bathroom, TV and air-conditioning (on request for a fee). Apartments on groundfloor have veranda, on first floor (only apartments type mono) have balcony, by some apartments not fully separated from others.
Treatment: No treatment.
Beach: Beach Naregno is approx.1 km from the residence. On the beach minimarket and offer of water sports.
